There have been big changes at Silver Chilli!
We recently relocated from Cornwall to Wiltshire! With this has come the opportunity for new fine food & produce markets.
The first of which is:
‘Cheltenham Produce Market’ on Friday 27th September from 9 am - 2 pm.
You will find Silver Chilli here every 2nd & 4th Friday of the month.
We are working on arranging several more so please watch this space.
Besides relocating we have been working on new recipes over the last 2 months which will be shown first at Cheltenham on 27th September and will go live on this site by the end of the month.

Silver Chilli Awards
2024 continues our run of accolades here at Silver Chilli with a ‘Taste of the West’ Silver Award for our sumptuous Chocolate Habanero Relish.
We strive to be one of the best Relish makers in the UK and constantly work on new recipes, tweaks to existing recipes, branding, our ecological footprint and of course, to listen to our customers.
Our 'Super Hot' 7 Pot Yellow Relish achieved a Silver Award at the 2024 National Chilli Awards and was one of many Silvers given among illustrious company.
Thank you to Jay and the gang at Clifton Chilli Club for your continued support and inspiration and to Lily at Taste of the West.
We add the above to three Gold medals from both Taste of the West and National Chilli Awards over the two previous years before approaching the 2025 judging season.

Besides the regular recipes we will be concocting some delicious new relishes this year!
We have two totally new Hot Sauces: ‘Quicksilver’ at approx. 300,000 SHU and a mindbending 2’000,000 SHU+ from ‘Promethium’!
Besides the sauces, a long-term development has eventually been finished: ‘Piccachillililli’ is a perfect Piccalilli with added Fatalii Chillies.
Our final new addition of 2024 is a gorgeous Chilli named ‘Red Wolf’. It is a ‘Chinense’ variety, 300,000 SHU with a deeply fruity palate with hints of apple & raisin. On the bush it begins a lustrous purple before turning dark red. This will be launched circa end of October.
We are planning a new page on our website this year of both yours and our recipes using our relishes so if you have concocted any amazing dishes you would like to share please email us with an image and the recipe. Once we have enough we will set a page up.
